MidAmerica Outdoors Partners With SPEED SPORT

JAY, Okla. — MidAmerica Outdoors, which owns and operates Ultra4 USA and the MAO Racing SXS Championship Series, partnered with the National Rock Racing Association, will conclude their 2022 seasons during Legends of the Fall with events at both the South Grand Lake recreation area (Disney/Langley, Okla.), and at the MAO Park in Jay, Okla., October 27-30.

No stranger to Ultra4 racing, SPEED SPORT brought its popular LIVE From production to King of the Hammers and Crandon (Wis.) Int’l Raceway earlier this year — and will take that production to another level with Legends of the Fall.

Jason Robinett, owner of MidAmerica Outdoors, is bringing together racers, fans, media, industry and local governments to make Legends of the Fall one of the biggest sporting events for the northeastern Oklahoma area.

“Our goal is to pull all of off-roading/racing together as a whole to bring awareness and growth to not just racing but anything and everything off-roading/outdoor adventure,” Robinett stated. “Partnering with SPEED SPORT is a crucial part of our long-term strategy.”

Live streaming coverage each race day (Thursday-Saturday) will include a half-hour pre-race show and a one-hour post-race show from the new MidAmerica Outdoors stage. SPEED SPORT’s Ralph Sheheen will host alongside Arica Alread and Dirt Sports World’s Dave Arnold. Ultra4 regulars Miles Hasselquist, Pam Hall, Tiffany Stone and Jim Marsden will share analysis and have the live race call.

SPEED SPORT’s award-winning production team will work side-by-side with MidAmerica’s already-robust live stream crew.  Additionally, SPEED SPORT will manage an ambitious news gathering, feature production, behind-the-scenes coverage and social media strategy to help provide the most engaging experience possible for off-road fans watching from home.

“We’re thrilled to be part of this event and to work closely with Jason and his amazing team,” said Joe Tripp, SPEED SPORT’s Managing Partner and CEO. “His vision for MidAmerica Outdoors, Ultra4 USA and beyond is aggressive, optimistic and innovative — and that aligns perfectly with the type of values we strive to bring to the table for motorsports fans every opportunity we get.”

SPEED SPORT is also working with MidAmerica Outdoors to implement a new robust live streaming and broadcast strategy, which will be announced in the coming days.

Current subscribers to the Ultra4 Vimeo site will have have their full access to the Legends of the Fall broadcast.

Complete information on where fans can get the live and replay Legends of the Fall broadcasts will be published on the MAO website at http://midamericaoutdoors.com.
