Brandon Sheppard secured his third World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series championship in four years Thursday at The Dirt Track at Charlotte. He then journeyed to RPM Speedway in Texas and won a pair of USMTS modified features. Sheppard has 33 overall victories this season.
