RENO, Nev. — The 50th Annual RPM@Reno Western Workshops are set to take place at The Eldorado Resort in downtown Reno on November 30 and December 1.
The Eldorado, a familiar destination for RPM attendees and exhibitors, will once again be the host to the event that will assemble the “Golden Anniversary” edition of the workshop sessions.
John Formica, “America’s Customer Experience Coach,” will bring his presentation to the West Coast for the Reno sessions.
Detailed information in regard to sessions, speakers and other highlights will be released in the coming weeks. The workshops will convene with a registration gathering on Tuesday, Nov. 29, while informative sessions will begin the following morning.
The 50th Annual RPM@Daytona Workshops will take place on February 13-14 at the Plaza Resort & Spa in Daytona Beach, Fla.
