Christopher Bell added another prize to his 2019 racing resume, with his first World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series victory as an owner-driver Sunday night at Indiana’s Tri-State Speedway. Bell also has seven NASCAR Xfinity Series wins this year, and won the Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals for the third straight year.
