PORT ROYAL, Pa. — Port Royal Speedway officials have made the decision to cancel Opening Day at the Pennsylvania facility.
This decision was made following the persistent rainfall that took place at the race track throughout the past week as well as the incoming rain that will be taking place on race day, which will make the conditions un-raceable.
However, race fans can turn their eyes to March 15-16 for the Speed Showcase weekend with the Short Track Super Series. The weekend is headlined by the Saturday finale that will see the winner of the event walk away with $50,000.
