Pennsylvania’s Lincoln Speedway Sets Busy Schedule

ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. – Lincoln Speedway officials have revealed the schedule for next season at the three-eighths-mile dirt track, with 410 winged sprint cars set to be featured 30 times during the year.

The track’s weekly sprint car program will begin Saturday, February 20 at 2 p.m. with its annual $5,000-to-win Ice Breaker, moved up two weeks from years past after a delayed 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Lincoln’s 2021 calendar will conclude Oct. 16.

As previously announced, the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series will make its yearly stop at the track on May 12. The $20,000-to-win Dirt Classic, the track’s marquee event sanctioned by the All Star Circuit of Champions, is slated for Sept. 18.

The All Star Circuit of Champions will make another stop at the speedway on Saturday, Aug. 28 for the $7,300-to-win Kramer Klash.

All 410 sprint car races at Lincoln will pay a minimum of $4,000 to win and $400 to start.

For yet another year, the track will host two Pennsylvania Speedweek dates, falling on Saturday, June 26 and Monday, June 28.

Other notable events include the $6,900-to-win Weldon Sterner Memorial on April 17, the Hank Gentzler Memorial on May 29, the $5,000-to-win Fallen Firefighters Night on June 12, the inaugural Barry Skelly Memorial on Aug. 21, and the Bob Leiby Memorial on Sept. 4.

The track’s weekly 358 sprint car program is on the card 16 times in 2021, starting March 20 and concluding Oct. 16. The PASS/IMCA 305 sprint cars will make two trips, with the first on March 27 and the last on Sept. 11.

The USAC East Coast Sprint Car Series will make an appearance on June 5 along with the revamped ARDC midgets, which have a second date on July 17.
