RADFORD, Va. – The Motor Mile Speedway schedule has been released with some old favorites and new additions.
Motor Mile Speedway will open on April 10, with defending late model stock car track champion Mike Looney looking to defend his title.
The FASS Big Rig Racing Series comes to town on May 1 and the schedule has a highlight on May 22 with NASCAR Hall Of Fame inductee Rusty Wallace in the house.
The popular Monster Trucks return on June 25-26. Kenny Wallace will race against local stars on Aug. 14, followed by Championship Night on Sept. 11 and the Tour of Destruction on Sept. 18.
The inaugural Pumpkin SMASH is scheduled for Oct. 30, with more than 1,000 pumpkins on track.
Motor Mile Speedway will be run by the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience next year after the organization recently announced an agreement to lease the facility.
