LEICESTERSHIRE, England – Tom Sykes paced a pair of World Superbike practices on Friday afternoon at England’s Donington Park circuit.
Sykes put his BMW Motorrad entry at the top of the overall charts with a fast lap of 1:27.733 during the second practice. Â Alex Lowe was second overall for Pata Yamaha, putting down a fast lap of 1:27.751.
Toprak Razgatlioglu continued to impress by going third fastest Friday at Doington Park with his best time of 1:27.775. He was followed by reigning World Superbike champion Jonathan Rea in fourth and Leon Haslam in fifth.rcuit, WorldSBK took to the track for their second Free Practice session of the day.
Championship leader Alvaro Bautista was sixth fastest overall on the day aboard his Ducati.
