The Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) has added Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wis., to the 2024 tour.
The six-race “Thursday Night Thunder” series will make its stop at the three-eighths-mile dirt oval on Aug. 8. It will be SRX’s first visit to the Wisconsin facility in the tour’s three-year history.
SRX released the news via social media on Friday afternoon.
SRX Closing In On Trip To Canada
Cedar Lake Speedway is the fifth track to be confirmed for the upcoming SRX season, but the first dirt oval in the 2024 lineup. Other facilities include Stafford (Conn.) Speedway, Vermont’s Thunder Road Speedbowl, Wisconsin’s Slinger Speedway and Michigan’s Berlin Raceway.
The sixth and final date is expected to be a second dirt track.
