Anthony Macri is the hottest sprint car driver in the nation and he ranks atop the first edition of the National Sprint Car Rankings.
Macri, who won four features during a five-race span and has won eight races this season, is one of three drivers who have reached the 20-start requirement to be eligible for the National Sprint Car Rankings.
Macri has a 5.952 average finish in 21 starts. Danny Dietrich and Justin Peck have also reached the 20-start plateau. Three hundred and 62 drivers have run a 410 winged sprint car race this season.
Macri also leads the Eastern region with six of the seven regions having now run races this year.
Carson Macedo continues to pace the Western region, with Kasey Burch on top in the Mid-America region.
Greg Wilson leads the Great Lakes standings, while Scott Thiel tops the Great Plains region and A.J. Flick heads the Ohio-PA region.
Thirty-four drivers have combined to win the 57 features run this season.
