LAFARGEVILLE, N.Y. — Paulie Colagiovanni kicked of Central New York Speedweek for the Lucas Oil Empire Super Sprints with a victory Wednesday night at Can-Am Speedway.
Starting third in the 25-lap event, Colagiovanni held off Jason Barney for the $2,500 top prize.
Dylan Swiernik, Jeff Cook and Kelly Hebing rounded out the top five.
The ESS tour heads to Land of Legends Raceway on Thursday night, followed by stops at Brewerton Speedway, Fulton Speedway and Weedsport Speedway.
