The next night, the All Stars returned to Tampa‘s East Bay Raceway Park for the first time since 2010, the first appearance since Tony Stewart‘s acquisition of the series. Reutzel earned another All Stars checkers in the first of two nights of racing. Kyle Larson led flag-to-flag to earn the checkers in the finale, the inaugural Jean Lynch Classic presented by Winn Dixie. National Sprint Car Hall of Famer Jean Lynch has been involved in the vast majority of Winternationals held at the third-mile oval since its inception.

Meanwhile, the USAC NOS Energy Drink National Midget Series opened its season on February 7 at Bubba Raceway Park. Tanner Thorson drove his Hayward Motorsports mount to the win. The next night, in his second outing as a driver for Tucker-Boat Motorsports, Chris Windom came from 10th to take over the lead with five laps to go and claimed the win.

The USAC AMSOIL National Sprint Car Series opener at Bubba Raceway Park fell victim to rain, but once the season got underway Brady Bacon swept both the Friday (February 14) and Saturday (February 15) events in the Hoffman No. 69.

Meanwhile, on February 13, the three-day King of the 360s kicked off at East Bay Raceway Park. Former King of the 360s champion Mark Smith took the win in the opener. Rain claimed the second night of racing, but in the Saturday night finale it was Aaron Reutzel claiming his third Florida sprint car feature win and wearing the crown following the Ronald Laney Memorial.

With the Southern Sprint Car Shootout Series, Troy DeCaire took the win at 4-17 Southern Speedway in Punta Gorda on March 15. Then, on March 20, five-time and defending USAC Silver Crown Series champion Kody Swanson drove a Doran Racing entry to the win in the Dave Steele World Non-Wing Sprint Car Championship 125 at Pinellas Park‘s Showtime Speedway.
