Bennett Expands Multi-Year Partnership With RCR

WELCOME, N.C. — Bennett Family of Companies has extended and expanded their multi-year partnership with Richard Childress Racing, the team revealed Monday.

Bennett will continue to serve as the primary sponsor for Austin Hill and the No. 21 Chevrolet Camaro in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2024 and beyond.

“We are looking forward to our third season with the Richard Childress Racing team and Austin Hill. Our customers, drivers, agents and employees had lots to celebrate in 2023 with Austin winning the Xfinity Series Regular Season Championship,” said Lynette Mathis, vice president of the Bennett Family of Companies. “The celebration continues in 2024 for our 50th Anniversary as a company. We have seen the pride in the Bennett Family of Companies swell with this relationship as everyone associated with our business rallies behind Austin and his team on Saturday afternoons.

“Everyone can see the parallels between the great teamwork of a successful race program and how it reflects the great teamwork required to handle complex transportation and logistics.”

Since launching the partnership in conjunction with Hill’s rookie season at RCR in 2022, Bennett has found success both on and off the track with an increasing number of primary races on the No. 21 Camaro. Among the highlights for the partnership is consecutive season-opening races at Florida’s Daytona Int’l Speedway and capturing the Xfinity Series Regular Season Championship last year.

Featuring the No. 21 Bennett Transportation and Logistics Chevrolet, Bennett will continue to host customers trackside, providing exclusive behind-the-scenes access on race weekends and driving recruitment and retention through unique activations. RCR will also assist the Bennett team with strategic content, and marketing and communications support.

“From the moment our partnership with Bennett began, we have not only achieved on the track, but we have built a relationship that is founded on the same company core values,” said Torrey Galida, president of RCR. “As Bennett celebrates their 50th anniversary in 2024, we share their pride in humble beginnings and look forward to being a part of their growing global enterprise.

“Bennett has done an outstanding job of incorporating the racing program into their overall business strategy. 2023 highlights included hosting their drivers of the year award winners at our shop and at the track and recognizing the Women in the Driver’s Seat initiative.”
