GAFFNEY, S.C. – Brandon Overton continued his mastery of Cherokee Speedway on Sunday afternoon.
Overton wired the the 60-lap March Madness feature sanctioned by the Southern All Star Series to earn a $10,000 payday on Sunday. It’s his fourth victory of the season across as many series.
It was a perfect day for Overton as he set fast time, won his heat and led every lap of the feature to beat Jonathan Davenport to the checkered flag.
Jimmy Owens was third ahead of Zack Mitchell and Stewart Friesen.
