Yackey & Rocha Split Tucson Mains

TUCSON, Ariz. — Brett Yackey and Blaine Rocha each claimed victories during Saturday’s 50-lap dual super late model features on the second day of the Chilly Willy 150 at Tucson Speedway.

Yacke started fifth in the opening race and held off eighth-starter Ron Norman to claim the victory, with Dustin Ash, Edward Vecchiarelli and Buddy Sheppard rounding out the top five.

Rocha started outside the front row and won the nightcap, beating ninth-starter Ross Strmiska to the checkered flag.

Rudy Vanderwal raced from 13th to third, with Tyler Tanner and Bruce Yackey filling the top five.

Don Geary won the pro stock feature and Ethan Nascimento toped the Legend Car main event.
