ARDMORE, Okla. – R.C. Whitwell raced to the checkered flag in Friday’s IMCA modified main event at Southern Oklahoma Speedway.
Whitwell started from the pole and bested Ethan Braaksma to collect the victory in the main event of the evening.
Matt Guillaume, Josh McGaha and Chris Elliott completed the top-five.
Heats were won by Ken Schrader, Glen Hibbard, Guillaume, Mike Hansen, Braaksma, Tanner Black, Elliott and Whitwell. Josh Cain, Justin Whitehead and Tyler Stevens won the B features.
Other winners Friday evening at Southern Oklahoma Speedway included Daniel Bourdon in the hobby stock feature and Tommy Dove in the mini mods event.
