Wife Beats Husband On Fonda Dirt

FONDA, N.Y. — Jessica Friesen earned her first Fonda Speedway modified victory, beating her husband, Stewart Friesen to the checkered flag.

Jessica Friesen led all 30 laps of the Sunoco Modified main event, keeping Stewart Friesen at bay during the closing laps.

Rocky Warner, David Schilling and Adam McAuliffe rounded out the top five.

Brian Calabrase grabbed his second crate sportsman victory of the season. 

Luke Horning claimed top honors in the 16^th annual Hondo Classic for pro stocks. 

Clayton Dumond won the limited sportsman event and Ken Hollenback topped the four cylinder main event.
