VanPelt Gets It Done

WOODHULL, N.Y. — Billy VanPelt proved why he is a 23-time track champion Saturday night at Woodhull Raceway. VanPelt started the modified feature in seventh and took the lead at the halfway mark to win for the second time this season, fending off a challenge from Jake Dgien who took home second. Brady Fultz was third.

Jason Knowles took full advantage of his outside front row starting position in the late model feature event, leading every lap for the victory.

Art Goodier survived several caution flags to take top honors in the sportsman main. Travis Webster claimed his first victory of the season in the street stock division. Second-generation racer Kaiden Dgien won his first hobby stock division race of the year. Tony Dickerson triumphed in the mini stock feature.

Ryan Austin in the FWD and Bradly Morseman in the Warrior divisions continue to remain undefeated in their respective classes, making their third trips to victory lane this season.
