DUNDEE, N.Y. – Tyler Siri and Bobby Varin scored Friendly Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Outlaw modified wins Friday night at Outlaw Speedway.
For Siri, his victory came from the third-starting spot in makeup 30-lap feature when he passed polesitter Greg Birosh on the opening lap.
Varin, meanwhile, won the regularly-scheduled modified main event when worked past Ron Cartwright on lap 20 and fended off the field on a restart with three laps to go.
Chris Fisher topped Karl Comfort to win the 25-lap Sunrise Insulation American Racer Sportsman feature.
Adam Hilton won the Speed Connection Hoosier Sportsman feature, while Glenn Whritenour stormed to the win on a lap-10 restart in the Stan’s No Tubes Street Stock main event.
Brian Grant took advantage of Kenneth Evans’ flat tire to win the 4-cylinder feature. Marc Minutolo won the hobby stock main event over Glen Vancise and Shawn Lloyd.
Racing continues at Outlaw Speedway with the regular divisions in action on Friday, Sept. 3. Championship night is set for Friday, Sept. 10, with the Lane’s Yamaha 360 Sprint Cars joining the program.
