LANCASTER, N.Y. – A brief shower on Saturday evening forced New York Int’l Raceway Park at Lancaster officials to cancel the second stock car racing event of the season.
Rain checks will be valid on Thursday, Aug. 5 or Saturday, Aug. 14. The rainchecks can be used on either date and fans are encouraged to keep their ticket receipts from Saturday’s program to be used as rain checks.
Tickets are on sale for the Nu-Way Auto Parts 150 for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event on Saturday, July 31. Tickets can be purchased online at www.seetheevents.com.
Stock car racing resumes at NYIRP at Lancaster Speedway & Dragway on Thursday, July 1 with the Ol’ Boy 60 for tour-type modifieds.
