FULTON, N.Y. — Veteran modified racer Billy Decker claimed top honors in Saturday night’s Highbank Holdup at Fulton Speedway.
Decker drove from the pole to win the 60-lap DIRTcar 358 modified headliner at the quarter-mile dirt track.
Decker held off 12th-starter Jimmy Phelps for the victory.
Billy Dunn, Ryan Bartlett and Mike Mahaney rounded out the top five.
Matt Janczuk and Chris Mackey each won 25-lap sportsman features.
Chris Bonoffski topped the four-cylinder event.
