McKenna Dominates Late Model Foes

WARRENSBURG, MO. — Charlie McKenna was dominated on Saturday night, winning the 25-lap SLMR Super Late Model division at Central Missouri Speedway. It was just the third appearance by the super late models with a stout field of 16 cars.

McKenna was unstoppable, even with a late race caution setting up a two-lap dash to the finish. Jesse Sobbing was second with Bill Leighton, Corey Zeitner and Jesse Stovall rounding out the top five.

Stephen Clancy won the B-Mod division while Aaron Poe took home top honors in the POWRi Super Stocks. Cameron Kelley topped the pure stocks and Jason Parks captured the victory in Midwest (E) Mods.
