WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Aaron Marrant prevailed in the finale of the ULMA Triple Crown Shootout on Saturday night at Central Missouri Speedway.
Ryan Johnson and Marrant started from the pole and led the field to the green flag. Â It was a tight battle up front between the two front-row starters, who were joined by Cole Henson and Todd McCoin.
The race went green to checkered flag all the way through as Marrant mastered the track, keeping his closest pursuer behind him.
As the laps wore down and the racing became close-quarters through the lapped cars. Despite multiple challengers, Marrant prevailed for the victory over Johnson, Henson, Johnny Fennewald and McCoin.
Other feature winners on Saturday at Central Missouri included Jason Ryun (Pure Stock), Shawn Burns (E Mod), Nathan Vaughn (Street Stock) and Jake Richards (B Mod).
