CLEARFIELD, Pa. — Eddie Connor returned to Hidden Valley Speedway after scoring the Scaife Racing Supplies Semi Late feature.

Connor and Joe Loffredo brought the Semi Late feature to the green flag with Connor taking the lead at the start and Loffredo was second.

While Connor may have led from start to finish, he had all kinds of heat on the cold night, as Loffredo, Levi Ardery and George Bailey were all trying to dethrone Connor of the lead, but Connor was holding strong.

Disaster struck for Rodney Phillips on lap five, and he was a victim of circumstances and impacted the back stretch wall hard. While he was not hurt, he was out for the night.

The restart saw Connor continue to hold off all challengers, as he went on to his first HVS win of the season. Ardery was second, Loffredo was a close third, Bailey was fourth and Luke Hoffner was fifth.

The EMods were led to the green flag by heat winners Duck and Michael Altobelli Jr., with Duck taking the lead and Altobelli in second when the red flag flew on lap two for a hard crash between Tim Peterson and Bob McMillen on the backstretch.

When the race restarted it was still Duck in the lead and Altobelli in second and they ran that way the rest of the feature, with Rick Singleton finishing third, Von Nystrom fourth and Justin Milburn in fifth.

Other winners on the night included A.J. Bast in the 600 Micros, J.T. Horwat in the 270 Micros, Andrew Wallace in the Amsoil Pure Stocks and Shawn Hadden in the Craigs Welding and Fabrication Four Cylinders.
