Caprara Dreams Big At Can Am

LA GARGEVILLE, N.Y. — Taylor Capara’s long-time dream of visiting victory lane at Can Am Speedway came true Friday night when he topped the Whitesboro Plow Shop DIRTcar 358 Modified feature.

Caparana made a slow but determined charge through the field to get to second with two laps to go. He took a chance, going to the high side to challenge leader Tyler Meeks and it worked. Caprara scored his first victory at his home turf. Meeks was second over Lance Willis, Billy Dunn and Preston Forbes.

Own Nier grabbed his third win of the season in the limited sportsman while Tyler Stevenson did the same in the DIRTcar sportsman feature.

Logan Crisafulli took the victory in the 602 crate sprints while Bruno Richard again topped the pro stocks. Jock Symonds was the class of the thundercar division.
