WELLINGTON, Fla. – Paul Richards Racing has confirmed that Guaranteed Rate, a retail mortgage lender, will be the primary partner on Dave Richards’ Ford Mustang Funny Car for 51st annual AMALIE Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals on Sept. 25-27.
