Darlington Xfinity Pole Goes To Justin Haley

DARLINGTON, S.C. – Last weekend’s NASCAR Xfinity Series winner at Daytona (Fla.) Int’l Speedway, Justin Haley, will be back out front this weekend when the series visits Darlington Raceway.

Haley, driver of the No. 11 Chevrolet for Kaulig Racing, earned the top spot on the grid for the Sport Clips Haircuts VFW 200 at the 1.336-mile, egg-shaped oval thanks to NASCAR’s metric starting lineup formula.

The Winamac, Ind., driver won at Daytona, posted the ninth-fastest race lap and ranks fifth in points entering this weekend’s action at Darlington to secure the pole position.

Chase Briscoe, a six-time Xfinity Series winner this season, joins Haley on the front row for Saturday’s 200-mile event. Harrison Burton, Austin Cindric and Haley’s teammate, Ross Chastain, will start third through fifth, respectively.

Riley Herbst, Michael Annett, Brandon Jones, Josh Williams and Jesse Little complete the top 10 on the starting grid.

The full starting lineup can be viewed here.

Saturday’s Sport Clips Haircuts VFW 200 takes the green flag at 12:30 p.m. ET, with live coverage on NBC, the Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio, channel 90.
