WATERBURY, Vt. — The American-Canadian Tour and Riverside Speedway announced Tuesday that the Gardiner & June Leavitt Memorial 150 has been rescheduled for Saturday, Aug. 15 at 6 p.m.
The event was originally scheduled for July 11 before being postponed due to weather uncertainty related to Tropical Storm Fay.
The American-Canadian Tour’s visit to Riverside Speedway is its first since 2018. As part of a busy stretch with five events in six weekends, the Leavitt Memorial 150 will now play an even bigger role in determining who takes home the ACT championship.
Numerous stars of the ACT Tour will take on Riverside’s top weekly regulars on R.N. Craft Inc. Night. They’ll be joined by the track’s Flying Tigers, Formula Fours, Bone Stocks, Dwarf Cars, and Dare Devils.
The next event for the American-Canadian Tour is at Vermont’s Thunder Road Int’l Speedbowl on Sunday, July 26 at 1:30 p.m. The Community Bank N.A. 150 features the American-Canadian Tour and Thunder Road’s Maplewood/Irving Oil Late Models as well as the track’s Lenny’s Shoe & Apparel Flying Tigers, Allen Lumber Street Stocks, and Burnett Scrap Metals Road Warriors.
