FARGO, N.D. — Ten-time World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series champion Donny Schatz will be inducted into the North Dakota Sports Hall of Fame on November 18 at the Jamestown Civic Center in Jamestown, North Dakota.
Schatz will be the first motorsports athlete to be inducted into the hall of fame of his home state. The 46-year-old completed his 27th season on the outlaws tour, where he finished fifth in the standings.
The 10-time World of Outlaws champion sits third on the all-time wins list with 311 victories.
