PERRIS, Calif. — Matt Mitchell started on the pole and won Saturday night’s Salute To Indy USAC-CRA sprint car feature at Perris Auto Speedway.
Mitchell led the first three laps before Logan Williams moved to the lead on lap four. Williams controlled the race until lap 22 of the half-mile oval when Mitchell moved back to the lead and led the final eight laps for the victory.
R.J. Johnson finished second, with Brody Roa, Williams and A.J. Bender completing the top five.
