PETALUMA, Calif. — Racing past Blake Bower on the ninth circuit, Frankie Guerrini cruised to the USAC Western States and BCRA Midget victory Saturday night at Petaluma Speedway.
Racing the family owned No. 63 F&F Racing / Davis Motorsports Spike, Guerrini earned his second career USAC triumph and topped the “West Coast Stock Car / Motorsports Hall of Fame Challenge” mini-series.
Guerrini took home an extra $1,000 for his efforts as Maria Cofer, Bower, Shannon McQueen and Jake Andreotti followed.
Alex Schutte topped the Woodland Auto Display Qualifying with a lap time of 15.039 over the 17-car roster.
