CHATHAM, La. — Fifteen-year-old rookie sprint car driver Conner Leoffler won Saturday night’s USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour sprint car feature at Chatham Speedway.
Leffler took the 30-lap main event from the pole, beating Ohio traveler Max Stambaugh, who started sixth, to the checkered flag.
It was Leoffler’s third victory of the season as he defeated drivers from 11 states and Australia.
Stambaugh, Koty Adams, Mark Smith and Lynton Jeffrey completed the top five.
