Sweet Maintains Spot On Top Of Sprint Rankings

MOORESVILLE, N.C. – The 410 winged sprint car season is nearing its conclusion with only five races remaining.

Brad Sweet remains at the top of the National Sprint Car Rankings as the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Sprint Car Series heads to The Dirt Track at Charlotte this weekend to end its season with the World Finals.

Sweet has an average finish of 3.516 average finish in 79 starts this season.

Donny Schatz ranks second with a 4.221 average finish in 83 starts. Carson Macedo ranks third with a 4.309 average finish in 83 starts.

David Gravel and Kyle Larson round out the top five.

Only the Eastern and Western regions are still in competition. All other regions are finished for the season. Lance Dewease leads the Eastern region and Dominic Scelzi is on top of the Western region.

Sye Lynch and A.J. Flick tied atop the PA-OH region. Other regional leaders are Jason Keith (Mid-America), D.J. Foos (Great Lakes), Brendan Mullen (Great Plains) and James McFadden (Northwest).

One hundred sixty-seven drivers have combined to win 483 features.
