Sprint Rankings: Three Straight Weeks On Top For Sweet

Brad Sweet, who leads the High Limit Racing standings, remains at the top of the National Sprint Car Rankings for the third straight week.

Sweet has an average finish of 4.871 in 31 events this season.

However, World of Outlaws point leader David Gravel, who grabbed his ninth win of the season at Iowa’s Knoxville Raceway, closed the gap considerable and he ranks second. Gravel has a 5.067 average finish in 30 races.

Donny Schatz, Tyler Courtney and Carson Macedo complete the top five in the national rankings.

Fifty-five drivers have made the mandatory 20 starts to be eligible for the national rankings.

Danny Dietrich continues to pace the Eastern region, while Justin Sanders leads the Western standings. Sweet holds the top of the Mid-America region standings.

Cale Thomas leads the Great Lakes region and Austin McCarl remains atop the Great Plains standings. A.J. Flick continues to pace the PA-OH region and Robbie Price has moved to the lead in the Northwestern stanza.

Gravel leads the nation with nine victories.

One hundred and seven drivers have won the 190 features run so far this season.
