With four World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series races completed last weekend the National Sprint Car Rankings have begun for the new season with the Eastern region under way.
David Gravel, who topped last year’s final National Sprint Car Rankings finds himself at the top of the Eastern region rankings after one win and four top-10 finishes in four events at Florida’s Volusia Speedway Park.
Giovanni Scelzi, Tyler Courtney, Brad Sweet and Rico Abreu complete the top five.
The national rankings will not open until a driver has made 20 starts this season.
