BRADFORD, Vt. – The Sprint Cars of New England have named Green Mountain Gearheads as the series’ title sponsor.
Green Mountain Gearheads first got involved with the Sprint Cars of New England a few years ago according to Green Mountain Gearheads’ Mike Batchelder.
“We first became involved with the Sprint cars of New England by sponsoring Will Hull,” said Batchelder. “Over the past couple of seasons we saw what the group was about and really liked it. When Will asked us about sponsorship we were glad to get behind such a great group of people who are clearly passionate about the sport. We are super excited and feel the contact with all the racers and fans at the different tracks will help grow our business and lead to increased awareness of what we do”
“After working with me for a couple of seasons we agreed that it would be mutually beneficial for both the Sprint Cars of New England and Green Mountain Gearheads for them to become the series sponsor. We are happy to have them on board and look forward to having a long relationship with them,” said Hull, the president of the Sprint Cars of New England.
Green Mountain Gearheads have a state of the art facility located in Williston, Vt., featuring a full service engine machine shop and a dyno that allows for road, drag strip and circle track simulation, and is ideal for tuning boosted vehicles. With the in-ground and All Wheel Drive options Green Mountain Gearheads can test almost all cars, trucks and motorcycles up to 3,000 hp and 200 mph. They also stock an extensive line of performance parts and if they can’t source it many performance components can be fabricated in house.
The Sprint Cars of New England season kicks off on April 27 at RumTown Speedway in Wentworth, N.H.
