KNOXVILLE, Iowa — Ridge & Sons Racing and team crew chief Tyler Swank have parted ways.
The split follows an early season campaign that witnessed Swank and RSR capture a pair of top-10 finishes with the No. 8 sprint car, one of which during High Limit Sprint Car Series action at Golden Isles Speedway in Waynesville, Ga.
The second was during World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series competition at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, Fla.
“We wish Tyler the best in all future endeavors,” Brian Ridge, owner of RSR, stated. “He’s been an asset to our operation from day one. Not only in helping us build our program from a local team to the national level, but he’s played a pivotal role in all of our successes. His hard work and passion is nearly unmatched and we wish him nothing but success moving forward.”
RSR’s High Limit Sprint Car Series schedule will not resume until Tuesday, April 9, when the High Rollers visit Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, Ark., for a $20,000-to-win Midweek Money Series event.
