Roa Returns To Mohave For USAC/CRA Event

CYPRESS, Calif. — Brody Roa returns to to action on Saturday at the track where he recorded one of his most impressive victories.

The track is Mohave Valley Raceway and the series is the USAC/CRA Avanti Windows and Doors Sprint Cars. The competition will be the third of the season for last year’s series champion.

Roa will be getting back in the No. 8M 410 owned by Jason May. The duo last teamed up at the 2022 Turkey Night Grand Prix. It’ll be Roa’s fifth appearance on the  three-eighths-mile, banked clay oval.   His first appearance at the track was on Oct. 8, 2022.

In that race, Road drove his family-owned No.91R. Things started off in ho-hum fashion when he qualified 11th fastest in the 32-car field. However, by the time his heat race rolled around, the car was a rocket ship. Roa easily outdistanced the stiff competition in the 10-lapper. Despite starting 11th in the feature, Roa steadily moved his way to front before taking the lead and win with three laps to go.

410 non-wing sprints, Southwest EcoTech Midgets, SNDCA Dwarf Cars, Spring Family Motorsports Mini Dwarfs – Masters and Spring Family Motorsports Mini Dwarfs – Sportman will also be in action on Saturday.

The event will be broadcast live by SPEED SPORT.tv affiliate DRC.tv
