PORT ROYAL, Pa. – Persistent rain showers have forced track and Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek officials to postpone Saturday’s Greg Hodnett Memorial at Port Royal Speedway.
The event has been rescheduled for July 31, but it will not count towards Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek points.Â
Pennsylvania Sprint Speedweek will conclude on Sunday with the Jan Opperman/Dick Bogar Memorial/Ralph Heintzelman Memorial at Selinsgrove Speedway. Danny Dietrich holds a 50-point lead over Brent Marks in the battle for the Speedweek title.Â
