ABBOTTSTOWN, Pa. – Another Friday storm system bringing rain through the afternoon and evening forced Williams Grove Speedway officials to cancel the track’s planned May 7 racing program.
Rain began falling at the track around noon.
The return to action for Williams Grove will now be next weekend, May 14-15, when the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Cars Series invades for the annual renewal of the Morgan Cup.
Action both nights between the Outlaws and the PA Posse will begin at 7:30 p.m. ET.
