One To Go, Marks Stoic On Top Of Sprint Rankings

With only one winged 410 sprint car race remaining this season, Brent Marks remains on top of the National Sprint Car Rankings.

The Pennsylvania racer boasts an average finish of 3.508 in 80 starts this season and has won 17 features.

After clinching his fourth consecutive World of Outlaws championship on Saturday at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, Brad Sweet ranks second. Sweet has an average finish of 3.982 in 72 starts.

The country’s leading winner with 23 victories, Anthony Macri is third with an average finish of 4.028 in 86 races.

World of Outlaws regulars Carson Macedo and David Gravel round out the top five.

Regional leaders are Macri (Eastern) Dominic Scelzi (Western), Jason Keith (Mid-America), Cole Macedo (Great Lakes), Mark Dobmeier (Great Plains), Trey Starks (Northwestern) and A.J. Flick (PA-Ohio). The Eastern region is the only one that remains active with a race scheduled next weekend at Pennsylvania’s BAPS Motor Speedway.

One hundred and 53 drivers have combined to win 461 features run this season.
