National Sprint Car Rankings: Here Comes Sweet

With his seventh victory of the season, High Limit Racing point leader Brad Sweet leads the National Sprint Car Rankings for the first time this season.

Sweet has an average finish of 4.091 in 22 starts this season to hold the lead over Tyler Courtney, who has a 4.583 average finish in 24 races.

David Gravel, Donny Schatz and Brent Marks round out the top five.

Twenty-six drivers have made the mandatory 20 starts to be eligible for the national rankings, while 527 drivers have started at least one 410 winged sprit car race this season.

Anthony Macri leads the Eastern region, with Marks on top in the Western stanza.

Courtney leads the Mid-America region and Cale Thomas tops the Great Lakes region. Aaron Reutzel has moved to the top of the Great Plains standings.

A.J. Flick sets the pace in the PA-OH region and Trey Starks holds the top spot in the Northwestern standings.

Sweet, Gravel and Macri have each won seven features this season.

Seventy drivers have won the 113 features run so far this season.
