Maddox Gets First USCS Triumph

PHENIX CITY, Ala. — A.J. Maddox earned his first USCS sprint car triumph in Saturday’s Alabama Sprint Car Nationals at East Alabama Motor Speedway.

Maddox started second and won the 25-lap main event ahead of Brandon Grubauch, who started sixth.

Mark Ruel Jr., Terry Gray and Jeff Oliver rounded out the top five.
