Macri States His Case In Latest Rankings

Anthony Macri swept a pair of World of Outlaws sprint car races at Pennsylvania’s Port Royal Speedway over the weekend and moved to second in the National Sprint Car Rankings, trailing national leader Brent Marks.

Marks boasts an average finish of 3.230 in 76 races, while Macri’s average finish is 3.631 in 80 starts, including a national-best 23 victories.

World of Outlaws traveler Carson Macedo fell to third in the rankings, while Brad Sweet and Danny Dietrich round out the top five.

Regional leaders are Macri (Eastern) Dominic Scelzi (Western), Jason Keith (Mid-America), Cole Macedo (Great Lakes), Mark Dobmeier (Great Plains), Trey Starks (Northwestern) and A.J. Flick (PA-Ohio).

One hundred and 49 have combined to win 440 features run this season.
