Macedo Jumps Out Front In Latest Sprint Rankings

With a victory in Saturday’s Jackson Nationals at the Jackson (Minn.) Motorplex, Carson Macedo has jumped to the top of the National Sprint Car Rankings.

Macedo has an average finish of 3.980 in 57 races this season, which ranks him ahead of fellow World of Outlaws drivers David Gravel (4.120) and Brad Sweet (4.380).

Anthony Macri and Kyle Larson round out the top five.

One hundred and 17 drivers have made the 20 starts required to be eligible for the rankings and 840 racers have run a winged 410 sprint car race this season.

Freddie Rahmer holds the top spot in the Eastern region, while Joe B. Miller has a commanding advantage in the Mid-America region.

Cap Henry leads the Great Lakes region, with Dobmeier on top of the Great Plains region.

Day paces the Western stanza with Trey Starks on top in the Northwest region. A.J. Flick anchors the PA-Ohio region.

One hundred and 49 drivers have combined to win the 365 features run this season.

Rahmer leads the country with 15 victories.
