The High Limit Sprint Car Series has announced three of its 12 events that are on the schedule for the series’ first season of winged sprint car competition.
The highlight of the three events is a $50,000-to-win event at Lakeside Speedway in Kansas City, Kan., on April 11. The event falls between World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series events April 8 at 81 Speedway in Wichita, Kan., and April 14 at Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 in Pevely, Mo.
The second two High Limit events announced on Monday night will take place April 25 at 34 Raceway in Iowa and May 2 at Indiana’s Kokomo Speedway. Both of those events will pay $23,023 to win.
Buddy Kofoid won the inaugural race in August at Lincoln Park (Ind.) Speedway.
The series will announce three more events on Tuesday.
