WOODHULL, N.Y. — Chuck Hebing made a late-race pass of Davie Franek to win the Patriot Sprint Tour feature on Saturday night’s racing card at Woodhull Speedway.
Franek led the first 23 laps, but Hebing, who started ninth, came calling on the white-flag lap and led the final two circuits for the victory.
Franek held on for second and was chased across the line by Paulie Colagiovanni, Jared Zimbardi and Jordan Thomas.
Billy Van Pelt charged from fifth on the grid to take the lead on lap three and paced the remainder of the 25-lap modified main event.
Gary Costa finished second, with Mike Bills, Jake Dgien and Donnie Lawson following.
Kreg Cooker won the crate sportsman feature and Josh Webster topped the street stock event. Jeredd Dennis won the hobby stock race, Ray Hyer aced the mini stocks, Garrett Wilson won the four-wheel-drive main event and Levi Riley topped the warriors feature.
