Gravel Back On Top In Latest Sprint Rankings

David Gravel has moved to the top of the National Sprint Car Rankings.

Gravel, who has won 10 races this season, boasts an average finish of 3.680 in 61 starts.

Brad Sweet, who won the Skagit Nationals over the weekend, ranks second with an average finish of 3.820 in 60 races this season.

Carson Macedo, who led the rankings last week, is now third with a 3.860 in 62 races.

Brent Marks and Anthony Macri round out the top five.

One hundred and 34 drivers have made the 20 starts required to be eligible for the rankings and 862 racers have run a winged 410 sprint car race this season.

Freddie Rahmer holds the top spot in the Eastern region, while Joe B. Miller has a commanding advantage in the Mid-America region.

Cap Henry leads the Great Lakes region, with Dobmeier on top of the Great Plains region.

Day paces the Western stanza with Trey Starks on top in the Northwest region. A.J. Flick anchors the PA-Ohio region.

One hundred and 47 drivers have combined to win the 406 features run this season. 

Rahmer leads the country with 16 victories.
