YORK HAVEN, Pa. — Danny Dietrich closed out the East Coast sprint car season with a $25,000 triumph Saturday afternoon at BAPS Motor Speedway.
Dietrich started seventh in the Les Stewart Showdown and held off 16th starter Aaron Bollinger in a stacked field of talented racers at the three-eighths-mile dirt track.
It was Dietrich’s seventh victory of the campaign.
Troy Wagaman Jr. finished third, with Jacob Allen and Chase Dietz rounding out the top five.
