10 Big-Money Races For PA Speedweek

CARLISLE, Pa. — The 2024 edition of Pennsylvania Speedweek presented by Red Robin Racing will run June 29-July 7 and be the richest edition of the event that was first run in 1991.

Every feature will pay at least $10,000 to win with 10 nights of racing at seven different race tracks.

The 34th annual event for winged 410 sprint cars opens June 28 at Williams Grove Speedway and heads to Lincoln Speedway the following night with $25,000 on the line in the 25th annual Kevin Gobrecht Memorial.

The series stops at BAPS Motor Speedway, Lincoln Speedway, Grandview Speedway, Port Royal Speedway and Hagerstown Speedway before returning to Williams Grove on July 5 with $20,000 earmarked for the winner of the Mitch Smith Memorial.

Events at Port Royal Speedway and Selinsgrove Speedway wrap up the week.

Interestingly, the brunt of the Speedweek schedule falls during a scheduled off weekend for both the High Limit Racing Series and the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series.

Anthony Macri was the 2023 PA Speedweek champion.
